HiPro86 is a monthly payment site, by joining you have agreed to these terms.
The service is operated on a 30 day charging period and starts from the day you completed your membership (although your email address can take up to 48hrs to reach our mail server).
You have the right to cancel your membership at any time but please note the following:
Your card will be charged EUR 59.95 (non refundable) on signup which entitles you to 30 consecutive days use of the membership area, including any advertised bonuses. 30 days after joining (if you haven't cancelled in the members area) your card will be charged EUR 59.95 and then every 30 days for the life of your membership.
If you do wish to cancel then you must and can only cancel your membership through your Paypal account. You will have to log into your Paypal account to stop the subscription there. A cancelation will suspend your account immediately. No refunds will be given on left over subscription time.
48 hours notice is required before your card is due to be charged (only applicable if another payment term has been agreed besides paypal)
Any monies already received cannot be refunded under any circumstances unless it is shown that your card was charged after you had given us 48 hours warning.
This is a Lay service. You will need an account with a betting exchange like www.betfair.com to use the tips and should be aware of the extra liability that a Lay Bet can cost you. This is a personal service and we are human so the following terms will also apply. The service is run from Monday to Saturday (as long as there are selections). We also have a commitment to take 2-4 weeks holiday a year like most other people.
We will of course try to inform members at their earliest convenience when these may be but please expect this to happen.
Our commitment to you is to update our server by latest around 11am with the selections for our software bot for the days and night racing, as long as the information we need is available by then.
